Good news from Fonko and Lareba (Ethiopia)
We are very proud to announce that water and electricity have finally arrived in the villages of Fonko and Lareba. These important achievements could not have been realised without the other project partners: Borio Mangiarotti S.p.A., D.P.& V. Associati, Gas Energia S.p.A, Idee Migranti Onlus, Mazzoni LB, Seva - energia pulita srl. We must also thank the Italian Cooperation from the Italian Embassy of Addis Abeba who have managed to solve all the bureaucratic problems. Without their help there would still be no current transformers to pump the water out of the wells.
Since May 13th the wells are able to supply water for the population of the 2 villages.
